WEEKLY REWIND…

Men's Golf
The 23rd ranked Tritons finished in a tie for fifth out of 19 teams with a score of 876 (292-293-291) at the Doc Spragg Invitational last Monday and Tuesday in Findlay, Ohio. Trigg Lindahl finished third overall with a score of 211 and was named the GLVC Men's Golf Player of the Week.

Volleyball
The 11th ranked Tritons went 2-1 at the Midwest Region Crossover in Hammond, Ind., last weekend. UMSL defeated Wayne State (Mich.) and Ashland in straight sets before falling to No. 15 Grand Valley in four sets on Saturday afternoon. Caitlin Bishop averaged over 11 assists per set for the weekend.

Swimming
The Tritons men's and women's swimming teams combined to go 3-1 at the William Jewell Triangular last Friday in Liberty, Mo. The men defeated the Cardinals 133-71 but lost to Rockhurst 104-100 while the women defeated WJC 106-95 and the Hawks 115-83. Hendrik Bechtel won two events on the men's side and Justice Beard led the way on the women's side with two event wins.

Women's Soccer
The Tritons extended their winning streak to four with wins over Lewis (4-1) and UIndy (1-0) this past weekend at Don Dallas Field. Five different players recorded a goal for UMSL and Mary Kate Neal posted her fourth shutout of the season.

Men's Soccer
The Tritons dropped a hard-fought match to Lewis 1-0 on Friday evening and then picked up a point with a 1-1 draw with No. 22 UIndy on Sunday afternoon. Jon Campbell scored his team leading sixth goal of the season on a penalty kick early in the second half.
